Dr. Sims brings deep expertise in education and leadership, with a career spanning Pre-K through university settings. Her work bridges research and practice to help organizations transform culture, improve outcomes, and respond strategically to the needs of diverse communities. Whether guiding instructional change, building leadership capacity, or strengthening organizational culture, Dr. Sims offers tailored, asset-based support that meets you where you are and moves your team toward lasting, values-aligned impact.

​D'Andre Sims is an experienced mathematics educator, instructional coach, and recruitment specialist with expertise in statistical analyses and multicultural education. He has used his math aptitude to support private businesses and organizations and brings both training and lived experience to problem-solving through an equity lens. D'Andre is currently expanding his expertise by pursuing a Juris Doctorate at the University of Connecticut School of Law, deepening his understanding of policy, justice, and systemic change.
